BEC Appraisal & Consulting, Inc, (BEC) provides valuation and consulting services for all property types including land, multi-family, industrial, office, retail, and special use properties in Northern California. Specialized property types include automotive dealerships, hotel and motel properties, senior living facilities, sports and health club facilities, and self storage properties. Our clients have included various financial institutions, land and accounting firms, private and public agencies, investment firms and the general public.
Brent Christierson, the company principal, has been appraising since 1989. BEC was launched in 2003 with the idea that service and quality could coexist and thrive. We are a family-owned business ready to bring you exceptional quality and service in the appraisal process.

We service the following counties: Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Fresno, Placer, Madera, Merced, Napa, Nevada, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tuolumne, Yolo, & Yuba
We note that we complete a large amount of business around Lake Tahoe each year in both El Dorado and Placer Counties.
